Responsibilities:

Our client, the Oregon Community Credit Union, is seeking a temp/contract Marketing Coordinator for at least 14 weeks. Position takes place on-site in Eugene.

This position will be is responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of OCCU's marketing initiatives. Adhering to regulatory policies and guidelines, the Marketing Coordinator works closely with the organization’s agency partners to coordinate and execute tactics and interactions that align to organization goals and marketing plans. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this person also supports additional digital marketing initiatives in the department.

1. Manage implementation of the organization's product marketing strategies.
2. Serve as primary point of contact for several product lines, responding to requests, feedback, and questions in a timely manner. Communicate and collaborate with departments across the organization to ensure the best possible member experience.
3. Report on progress of marketing strategies and tactics using a variety of digital analytics tools. Collaborate with the marketing team on organizational digital dashboards relative to campaign performance and platform analytics.
4. Collaborate with OCCU’s agency partners to create visual graphics that are brand aligned.
5. Route all marketing assets through Enterprise Risk and Administration to ensure compliance; remain cognizant of and adhere to Credit Union policies and procedures, and regulation pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act and all regulatory requirements.
6. Coordinate activities with internal and external constituents to support departmental and community partner goals and objectives, ensuring consistency in voice/tone, to cultivate an engaged social media community.
7. Manage, monitor, and maintain monthly marketing calendars.
8. Coordinate promotional updates to the website.
9. Perform other duties as assigned

2. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
3. Detail oriented and able to use independent judgment and decision making. Ability to self-direct in managing day-to-day tasks within specified timeframes.

Requirements:

Two to four years' experience in an agency or in-house marketing department.
Bachelor’s in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
