The Hilton Eugene OR is looking for Bell Staff.
Bell Staff responsibilities include assisting guests with luggage and special requests. Transporting guests in hotel shuttle in a timely and safe manner. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests` service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Must have fewer than three moving violations in the three previous years. No DUI convictions.
• Must have current driver’s license.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Familiar with local area and attractions.
• Experience in operating a twelve-passenger van or stretch limousine preferred.
• 60 days Guest Services/Bell experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills
•Available to work any shift as early at 4AM, weekends, and holidays if needed.
