Assist ER Technician with tasks related to creation, maintenance, auditing, and cleanup of local electronic serials holdings, licensing, and usage statistics.
Basic clerical skills (i.e. data entry, typing, filing, making copies, and scanning documents) required.
Basic word processing and spreadsheet experience required.
Strong organizational skills required.
Familiarity with Windows Office family of programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Access) and associated commands and functions preferred.
Basic data management skills, including familiarity with Windows directory structures and file management protocols preferred.
Strong web browsing and data mining skills preferred.
Previous library experience preferred.
