This position will entail working with other workstudy students to assistant in the monitoring and maintaining of CORE Studio classrooms for the Department of Art. The rooms are LA 261, LA188, LA186 and LA141 as well as CORE Studio office LA187. Primarily duties include staffing the office, organizing, and being open to new tasks and experiences. Job could also include light building. Preferably we would like to hire 4 students who want to work for the whole academic year. It is mandatory that the students be available on the final Friday of review week to manage 4 hours of cleaning. Workstudy Studio Assistants do not have to clean during this final Friday event, they just oversee the students who have participated in the previous term’s classes. Depending on the student’s skills there may be computer duties and assisting faculty in studio research.

Organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work with another student collegially, light computer skill a bonus.
