The position is responsible for bringing in new customers while growing the relationship and business potentials. Individuals are expected to provide product pricing, information, answer questions, and process orders in a timely and efficient manner. In this role you will work mainly with executives and directors in the industries we serve, requiring a positive and professional attitude. This role will be a long-term position in which the candidate will grow their book of business and pipeline.

Their clients are all over the country and this role will be focusing on selling to hospitals. Typical communication is by phone and email. They are looking for an individual with a great attitude and ability to build relationships with clients. By fostering the relationships the candidate will be looking to upsell our product line and continue to grow their own business. The ideal candidate is organized, a self-starter, flexible, willing to learn, and eager to grow a career in sales.

Job Duties:

-B2B sales, making a substantial amount of calls to help grow relationships with clients.
-Identify decision makers and pitch.
-Foster relationships with clients to expand business.
-Use CRM software to track client interactions.
-Practice persistence and diligent follow through with all leads.
-Overcome objections and have a thorough knowledge of all products.
-Use consultative questioning techniques to understand prospects’ business and share the benefits of company’s products.
-Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
-Work collaboratively in a team environment and be willing to learn.

-Previous sales experience in a high stress environment (60-100 calls/day preferred).
-Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
-CRM software experience (Salesforce is a bonus).
-Excellent communication skills and ability to speak with all levels of executives in a professional manner.
-Diligent note taking skills and ability to ask the right questions.
-Desire to build your own book of business and contribute to the goals of the company.
-Excellent phone skills and ability to listen actively.
-Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
-Desire to grow a career in sales.
-Strong desire to hit targets and continue to improve.
