The Project Lead will specifically:
Manage day-to-day communications with clients and interface directly with our partners and vendors as a representative of Winning Mark
Track and optimize financial aspects of digital campaigns
Implement and direct the execution of campaigns, including strategy, plans, media buys, budgets and reporting
Draft, edit and proof copy for social media, blogs, emails, and videos
Watch trends, research opportunities, and monitor current operations to improve our work, help our clients, and benefit our business
Monitor campaign goals and meet deadlines and milestones accordingly

Core duties & what you will learn: Proficiency in all listed skills is not required and ongoing training in the following will be provided. In this position, you will develop the following skills:
Management of ad campaigns on various digital advertising platforms including: Facebook Business Manager, Doubleclick Bid Manager, Google AdWords/TrueView, and Twitter for Business;
Mastery of digital tools including: Google Suite, NGP VAN, EveryAction, Blue State Digital, ActBlue, PayPal, Salesforce and other CRMs, Basecamp, SquareSpace, WordPress and other CMS systems;
Creation, implementing, and monitoring of media budgets;
Recording and analysis of campaign metrics to ensure goals are reached;
Composition of comprehensive data reports;
Assistance in creative production of advertising campaigns;
Research of new digital media platforms and innovations;
Troubleshooting and maintenance of websites and CRM platforms.
Experience working in a fast-paced, campaign atmosphere is a plus, and a commitment to periodically working long and irregular hours (including evenings and weekends) is a must. At the same time, we strive to promote balance in the workplace, including flexible hours and working remotely when appropriate. The ability to work well within this system, including as a good steward of a flexible work environment, is essential.
This is a full-time, salaried position with room to grow as a professional and as a member of the Winning Mark team ($30,000-$33,000 annually commensurate with fit and experience) and full benefits (Health Insurance, 401k, Gym, Transit).
