Chelsey Niles is a career readiness coach in the University Career Center. She graduated from the UO with a BA in psychology and sociology and earned her master of social work from Portland State University. Chelsey began her work in higher education and career development back in 2010, and has been passionate about supporting student success ever since.
By guiding students through the identity development process, encouraging and educating students on how to advocate for themselves, and assisting them with connecting the dots between their academic and extracurricular experiences, Chelsey helps students feel more confident while determining next steps.
Outside of work Chelsey loves going on outdoor adventures with her family, watching sports, snuggling with her dogs, and eating yummy food!
