PenFed Credit Union is hiring Full Time Member Service Representatives at our service center in Eugene Oregon to begin on July 16th! Starting salary ranges between $13.46 and $16.28 depending on education and relevant experience. In addition, employees receive a 5% pay increase after successful completion of our comprehensive six-week training program!

The Eugene Service Center's hours of operation are Monday - Saturday 6am - 8pm, and Sundays 6am - 2:30pm.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound member calls regarding PenFed deposit and loan products.
Provide a Best-in-Class member experience in all member interactions.
Research and resolve member questions or issues.
Maintain working knowledge of PenFed deposit and loan products.
Educate members on PenFed products and services to best support their financial goals. ​
