Using Handshake
When UO students need an on-campus job or internship, they turn to the University Career Center and the dynamic job boards on Handshake. Posting campus jobs on Handshake is not only beneficial for your department, it's now a requirement. Listing your job on Handshake can help you find top talent, review applications easily and efficiently, and ensure that students never miss an employment opportunity.
NOTE: The UO uses the “company” model for on-campus employers. You will create an employer account for yourself, then join your existing department in Handshake, or create a new one.

Improve the Student Employee Experience
As an on-campus employer, you can join the campus-wide Student Employee Enhancement (SEE) Microsoft Teams channel to connect with other supervisors and crowdsource ways to improve your student employees’ experiences.
