  Equity and Inclusion: Connected residents with on-campus cultural communities, such as the Black Cultural Center, by organizing monthly educational and interactive events that promote inclusivity, cross-cultural engagement, and increased awareness of diverse perspectives.

  Leadership: Counseled more than fifty residents on campus life issues, facilitating discussions on intersectional backgrounds and opinions through monthly one-on-one meetings, fostering personal growth, and promoting a supportive community.

Talk About It

With seven other RAs, I helped communicate campus living policies in English and Chinese, meanwhile leading the effort to use email and text to present opportunities for participation in ten different campus living events over the course of the term.
