Learning About
Careers
The world of work is constantly evolving, and your career opportunities ahead seem endless.
It can be both exciting and overwhelming to think about what your future holds, as some of the occupations you are preparing for might not even exist yet! Instead of just asking, “What can I do with my major?” think about what big questions, issues, work environments, and job duties excite you, and start exploring from there. Regardless of where your career path leads, the career readiness skills you’re building today will set you up for success for many years, and careers, to come.
Whether you know where you’re headed next or want to explore what careers are out there, check out the following career cluster pages for information on a variety of job and industry areas that might fit your talents and passions in new ways.
What are Career Clusters?
Career Clusters are a great way for students to navigate a variety of occupations, or flight paths. Each Career Cluster provides information and resources to help you learn more about a potential career field, searching for internships and jobs, and building experience through research and volunteer opportunities, and participation in student organizations.
